I only click pictures on my way to work. Or when I'm commuting around town. I don't specifically go out and shoot. So it's going to be a little difficult hanging out. But if you do have a camera, carry it along wherever you go and click anything that catches your fancy. It works for me. It should work for you too! But if you are looking for peple to learn from, i recommend the Bangalore Weekend Shoots group on flickr.com. You will meet some amazing people there, and down-to-earth friendly.
