Discovered! A new urban animal species.
And i'm not joking. A new species of ants was actually discovered within Bangalore city limits in 2006 at IISc. The ant species is named after the city and is called Dilobocondyla bangalorica.
And if you are crazy about ants, and if you live in Bangalore or anywhere on the Deccan peninsula, this colourful, informative and easy-to-use book should be your bible - On A Trail With Ants: A Handbook of the Ants of Peninsular India by Ajay Narendra & Kumar SM. 9th Main, 4th Block, Jayanagar

The chaos and colour of Indian roads finds its reflection on our signboards. Here, what was once a simple parking sign finds itself transformed, smeared with almost war-like paints.

Like Bangalore Autodrivers I can only take you to places I like to go.
