Avenue Road

The Kores Lady.

There were many typewriting schools across the city when we used to write. And just a handful now that we key words in.

Oh my goodness, such a long time since i saw that Kores carbon paper lady. Can't believe you actually found her! She hasn't aged much...

Please do a slide show ONLY with these street painting pictures when you find the time. They are so vibrant and funny. My fave still continues to be the 'Che, I am frembling' one.

Ahh... Gopal! The Kores lady brought back so many memories! There was a big poster of this lady near my school with the words 'ABC Computer training institute' written under it.

Now I can;t but think how un-ergonomic the picture is!

i completely agree. my friend just bought a beautiful portable typewriter from the raddi wala and gave it for servicing to a repair shop where i saw the loveliest typewriters ever. it's sad that they don't make them like that anymore.

a pity, the Kores Lady is a stranger to me. never been acquainted with the type writing world.

Like Bangalore Autodrivers I can only take you to places I like to go.
