City Market

The minute a humble Bajaj Autorickshaw rolls out on to a city road, it goes through cosmetic changes depending on the local laws and habits. The most obvious one is the colour. In Bangalore, it's black and yellow like in the rest of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa and Kerala. However, here it is mandatory to have a yellow top, unlike the rest of Karnataka. The other difference is the front of the auto. The sides of the windshields are pulled out so that the rear-view mirrors protrude. This gives Bangalore autos its very distinct look. Meanwhile in Mumbai, rear view mirrors are placed inside the autos!
